Hellow people!
Its 23.07 here and I'm not ready to start on doing my homework (as usual).
So yesterday something exciting happened. I got my very first Korean wedding to a Korean husband. ROFL. Just kidding. I was helping a friend to perform a "korean traditional wedding" for their "Individuals and families" class.
On Tuesday afternoon, my Indonesian friend was talking about this project of his. He said that he was so stressed out that on period 3 his group needs to do this wedding thing with no bride. And I was like "dude, I'm free on period 3. I can help." Then he said he's gonna talk to his Korean friend (who's actually also my friend and the husband ) and sort this thing out.
I didn't take it seriously cuz he didn't seems serious about it but suddenly the Korean guy (his name is Sei Hun) called me after school and talked about the same story. Long story short, I'm suddenly on my way to his house with his mum driving -_- (btw, his house is so damn COOL! So sad I didn't take any picture bc my phone memory is broken T_T)
So then, I spent quite sometime just with him to talk about the project (and some other things) then we went to this mall in Ampang. We bought stuff there and met another team mate called JinSo. Then we ate Korean food and go back home to Sei Hun's house.
A few minutes after we arrived back to SeiHun's house, the other 2 team mates arrived also. The Indonesian is called Andrexsen and the other one is Chinese Malay called Yuen. So then we say hi to each other and get to "work".... well, WORK is not actually the correct verb.
Anywayy, we spent like hours deciding what will happen and stuff and end up going home at midnight. You need to know that Yuen, JinSo and I got the same test the next morning. So we were like so stressed out thinking about the project and the test at the same time. LOL.
So yeah, anyway. The next day I went to school early and on the 2nd period we starts to get busy. People were like going from place to place to get all the food and the clothes and stuff. Since I'm not actually their team mate, I just sit down on the bench and wait for all the stuff to gather.
So... PERFORMANCE TIME! Everything went according to plan. From the music, speech, bowing korean style..except for one. JinSo said that at the end of the ceremony, SeiHun and I need to dance this:
Kkul Tteok
and soo much more. It was my first time to eat that Kkul Tteok thingy. Its a rice cake with honey insde. Soooo goood! I kept on taking it from the container. Heheh.. Wish I could share it with you guyss. Maybe we could find it somewhere in Jakarta.
Anyway, after the wonderful korean food, we starts to clean up and prepare for our next period.
I enjoyed this experience. Being able to get "married" to a culture that I really love (plus the free korean food. Hehehee).
I wore a Hanbok that day. Here's a picture of me in SeiHun's house wearing it

(The chair reminds me of Goo Jun Pyo's type of chair. So luxurious)
And here's some of the picture that was taken after the wedding ceremony:

(From left to right: Andrexsen as bride's father, Kim Sei Hun as the groom, Me as the bride, Yuen as the Narrator and Jinso as the "very awesome" Priest)
kkkkkk..It was an exciting day. You know, if I'm not available for the bride part, Andrexsen was suppose to be the bride. SO FUNNY!
Anywayy,, I wish the Jumper Sisters was there! It would be more exciting.
so, here's my full-of-experience Wednesday.
How bout the rest of you guys? Haven't heard anymore exciting newsss T_T
btw, Ichaaa.. CONGRATS! I'm so happy that one of my sisters is accepted in a very cool school! :D You gonna do good in life ;P
